- If you do not collect new reviews in your first month, that month is free.

## Compliance is never a paid lever

Every tier (Starter, Growth, and Agency) runs in Google-safe Compliance Mode by default. ReviewGrowth does not sell, upsell, or unlock review-gating at any price. The thing that keeps your listing safe is the same on the cheapest plan as it is for a 200-location agency.
